These terms govern the use of the site and every order placed on the MMA Déco site, whichever world it belongs to: Maison de Finition, La Meublerie or MMA Home. Placing an order means accepting them. You can save or print them from this page.
Creating an account is optional. You agree to give accurate information and to keep your password to yourself. We may suspend an account used fraudulently or abusively.
Prices are shown in CFA francs, excluding delivery. Bespoke items are quoted individually, and each quote states its own period of validity.
Photographs show our products as faithfully as possible. Wood, stone and natural fabrics vary from one piece to another; these variations are not defects.
No payment is made on the site. Depending on the choice made when ordering — Mobile Money, bank card, bank transfer or payment in store — our team gives you the details. Payment for bespoke work follows the terms of the accepted quote.
Lead times are stated item by item. Pieces built in our workshop follow the production schedule given in the quote. The delivery slot is agreed with you by phone. Please check your items on delivery and tell us as soon as possible about any visible damage.
Stocked items may be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition, under the conditions given at the time of order. Bespoke pieces cannot be returned.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and excludes normal wear. Its duration is stated on the invoice and, for bespoke work, on the accepted quote. It does not replace the guarantees provided by law.
Each bespoke piece is made for you according to the accepted quote, which sets out dimensions, materials, finishes, lead time and payment terms. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Only a customer whose order has been delivered can publish a review, one per order. It is published as written. We only hide a review that is abusive, promotional, off-topic or contains personal data. By publishing a review, you allow us to display it on the site with the name and city given.
The site is here for you to discover and buy our products. It is forbidden to try to disrupt it, to access data that does not concern you, or to copy its content for commercial purposes.
Photographs, texts, technical drawings and La Meublerie creations are the exclusive property of MMA Déco. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, without being able to guarantee it will never be interrupted or contain an error. Within the limits allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned and does not extend to indirect damage.

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law, in particular Law No. 2010/021 of 21 December 2010 governing electronic commerce and Framework Law No. 2011/012 of 6 May 2011 on consumer protection. If you disagree with us, write to us first: we always look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Cameroon will have jurisdiction.
The terms that apply are those in force on the day of your order.
